How to get started:
Option 1: 5 one-on-one personal training sessions - $350 (Gets you started in classes with limited movements.)
Option 2: 10 one-on-one personal training sessions - $700 (Prepares you for class with no limitations.)
We offer 6 month and 12 month payment plans for our introductory one on one sessions!
(If you are coming from a different gym or have previous functional fitness experience, we will schedule an evaluation with you before entering classes.)
(Although there are no contracts, a 30 day cancellation notice is required.)
